NRA Basics of Rifle Shooting

Our NRA Basic Rifle Course is a comprehensive rifle course that teaches the basic knowledge, skills and attitude necessary for owning and using a rifle safely. This course is a great choice for new rifle owners, hunters or even those looking to improve marksmanship.
We emphasize marksmanship with this course, but you also get a full spectrum of knowledge on the various rifle platforms and options available. We practice different shooting positions and use of slings. After completion of this course, you will have a better understanding of the various rifle platforms. Upon successful completion of the course, you will be awarded an NRA certificate and a Basic rifle rocker badge.

Expect to fire up to 50 rounds, you may use your own rifle*.
